- as part of a pension scheme.

- If so, the documentation can often be handled in a relatively straightforward way, although sometimes legal advice is either necessary or desirable.
- Normally, there is an application form to complete, a Death Certificate to provide, and there are occasions when other evidence of entitlement is necessary.
